Kim is an inspiring leader with 25+ years of experience in the energy and chemical industries and in leadership development. She is an engineer by background and progressed in her career to senior executive positions with major companies. She brings a wealth of experience and hands on knowledge of what it takes to succeed in large, male dominated organizations and in growing organizations successfully.
She has also worked in more than 20 countries throughout her career and loves the diverse approaches that many cultures can bring to creative solutions. She speaks 3 languages and has lived in 4 countries.
Throughout her career she has coached and mentored teams to empower them to strong high performing teams. She has led multiple female development networks and an international speaker and has done interviews on 2 topics that she is passionate about: The Energy Transition, including the Circular Economy and Diversity & Inclusion.
